Vehicle Description
BOTH TOPS! Same owner for the last 15 plus years and has been
sparingly driven for approximately 500 miles since purchased. It
has been garage kept and professionally maintained and serviced
annually. The correct "A"-code Raven Black exterior shows very well
and one would never guess that it was restored over 17 years ago.
The signature Black and White interior looks as if it was just
completed. The "Porthole" hardtop was added for personal taste. It
has a white convertible top as well. The Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels
and wide whitewall radial tires are almost as new. V-8 and
automatic transmission. For dependability, the carburetor has been
upgraded along with an upgrade 12 volt alternator charging system.
Doors, hood, and trunk fit very nicely and the car runs and drives
really well. Paint is very slick. Car was an anniversary gift, but
the folks are aging out of the hobby. This is a very solid example
of the first year of the famous Thunderbird that needs basically
nothing but gasoline to be driven and enjoyed.
