Vehicle Description
This 1982 GMC Jimmy is a very nice truck and really clean. This
vehicle was selectively restored frame on restoration, not a frame
off, because it didn't need to be. This truck looks excellent and
runs and drives great! It is a very solid truck from the Pacific
Northwest. The body is in excellent condition and appears to have
all of its original body panels with no evidence of rust and no
evidence of patch panels or bondo anywhere on this rig. The
restoration is only around 4-5 years old and has not been driven
much since then so the paint still looks really really nice. It was
a quality paint job and it looks like everything was taken apart
when it was painted. The interior is also in really graet
condition. The seats were all redone and look excellent. They added
new Vinyl Floor, new headliner, and custom gauge pod. The only
thing not finished was the radio and speakers being installed and
the AC system was not completed. It has the compressor, but the
lines are not hooked up.
Mechanically this truck is in excellent operating condition. When
it was restored they installed a newer Vortec Chevy 350 V8 in it
and it runs great. It has great power and they adde an Aluminum
Intake, Edelbrock carb, HEI Ignition, Stainless Headers, and Dual
Flowmaster Exhaust. They added a nice Serpentine Belt setup when
they put in the engine. The transmission is a rebuilt Turbo 400
Automatic that shifts smooth. The Transfer Case is the NP208 that
was also rebuilt. We did not receive the receipts for these, but
you can see they were dis-assembled and the previous owner
confirmed. The brake system is also all new including brake
lines.
This Jimmy rides on a 6 Inch Rough Country Lift and has newer 35
Inch Tires on Aluminum Rims.

blinkers, wipers, etc are working and it is ready to roll. We hand
