This 1962 Volkswagen Beetle was purchased new in Pennsylvania by
the seller's aunt and transferred to the seller's father a few
months later. The seller reports taking his driving test in the car
at age sixteen and later taking legal ownership of the car in 2002.
A refurbishment commissioned in 2004 reportedly included
refinishing the body in its original Turquoise and reconditioning
the factory 1.2-liter flat-four, which is paired with a four-speed
manual transaxle. About 5k miles have been added since the
refurbishment, and chassis mileage is said to be 231k miles. This
