For Sale: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS in Helena, Montana

Vehicle Description

This is your chance to own a BEAUTIFUL 1969 Camaro that is a driver yet show car too! It wasn't built to show, it was built to drive! There aren't many at this price!!!

Total Frame off restored 1969 Camaro SS X-11 in it's original color, LeMans Blue! Restoration was from Mid 2009 through 2012.  Virtually everything on the car was replaced except the seats and the sheet metal (where it could be saved with no rust), driveline and rear brakes. Everything else was repainted and/or powder coated. This is a driver and can be a show car. Here are the highlights:

A little less than 650 miles since the rebuild. ALWAYS stored in a garage under a  breathable cover. Unfortunately I travel for work and couldn't get it out enough. My loss is your gain.

Drivetrain: 383 Stroker, Lunati Cam, Vortec Heads (ported and polished), quick fuel 750 with 1" spacer. Dyno sheet at 504 HP with 506 foot lbs of torque. 3:73 posi 10 bolt out of an early 70's nova (2mm smaller than a 12 bolt) and fits perfect with no alteration. Turbo 350 automatic with a 3,000 stall converter. Entroptec aluminum radiator and optima battery. Quck radius power steering pump (1.5 turns each way) from CPP Customs. Tubular upper and lower control arms from CPP customs. Front disc brakes drilled and slotted. MSD 6AL ignition. Foose 17x7 front rims with 17x9 rears. 21/2 inch mandrel bent exhaust, X pipe through magna flow mufflers.

Sheet metal and paint/body work: Replaced the rear inner rear fenders, both rear full quarters, lower section of the front fenders, drivers side floor pan and upper dash. All other metal was good and not rusted. PPG Base coat/clear coat. Aluminum front LED turn signals and rear aluminum tail lights housing from Marquez Customs. White Hockey stripe is painted, not a decal/sticker. Even the front air dam is METAL and painted black, not cheap plastic.

Interior: Original seats. Auto meter cobalt gauges that light up blue. Marquez Customs fiberglass 3 piece headliner/sail/A/B pillars all professionally vinyl covered. New Door panels, carpet. Custom kick panel speakers (no holes were cut) with hidden audio system. Tilt steering wheel as well. I have the original instrument cluster as well. New door panels, Carpet, dash etc. Momo steering wheel as well.

Frame is powder coated black along with every other piece of metal that could done, including the front fender wells, radiator support, support braces etc.

Everywhere inside the car has been dyno-matted to quiet the ride. Top, sides, roof, floor and trunk.

Have darn near all receipts and if you would like to talk to the bodyman/painter for piece of mind, please let me know. If you had someone else redo this car with all that is done, it would cost $60,000 plus. I am definitely losing on this investment!

I have a few videos on my phone from February, 2020 so if you want to see them, send me the request and a cell to text them to!

$35,000. You won't find one nicer and all the others that are restored seem to be priced much higher. My loss will be your gain.
