Vehicle Description
This 1979 Ford Bronco is a very nice and very well built Bronco.
This was a 1 owner Bronco out of Canada. This is based on our
conversation with the original owner, but due to the way Canada
does things we could not verify this. Everything done to this
Bronco was customized by the previous owner and there is a long
list of upgrades that will follow in the description. It runs and
drives excellent and it was built to be a street/show truck. It has
great road manners and is a pleasure to drive.
The body on this Bronco is in excellent shape and it appears to
have all of its original metal and we found no signs of any rust or
rust repair on this rig. Shortly after buying the Bronco he had it
completely repainted, professionally, because someone scratched
both sides of his truck. The paint looks fantastic!! It is also an
XLT Ranger so it has all of the side moldings which are also in
great condition. This Bronco was not driven on a daily basis and
was used more as a weekend cruiser in the summer and a show truck.
The underside still looks excellent as well and is very clean. The
interior on this Bronco is also excellent. The factory seats were
redone for a custom look and so were the door panels, rear panels,
and headliner. This was all professionally done and looks really
good. It has the original Ford Steering Wheel which is very
desirable and aftermarket gauges which are all working.
Under the hood is highly detailed and done right!! The engine is a
built 460 with around 11,000 miles on it. It has Cobra Jet Aluminum
Heads, a nice Cam, Stainless Headers, dual 3 inch exhaust, polished
aluminum air gap intake, MSD ignition, high torque starter, tuned
Holley Carb, and more. The engine is strong and runs and sounds
amazing!! Check out the pics as the engine also is very dressed and
looks beautiful. Transmission is a built C6 to handle the power
with custom Torque Converter. It has the NP205 Transfer Case. The
front axle is a DANA 44 with Detroit true track 4.11 gears. Rear
Axle is a Ford 9" with Detroit Locker and 4.11 Gears. Both Axles
have been beefed up and the rear has a custom Traction Bar setup. 2
Inch Suspension Lift with dual shocks in rear and triple in the
front. It also has a brand new set of 33 Inch BFG Mud Terrains on
nice Aluminum Rims.
This Bronco was done right and has no disappointments. We hand pick
