Vehicle Description
1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Yanoski's 'West County Speed' is proud
present this super-cool 55 2 door hardtop. This car has been owned
for 45+ years by the same person. It was probably built in the
70's. Lots of nostalgia and patina. The drivetrain consists of a
1963 327, solid lifter camshaft, Aluminum Intake, 650 Holley DP,
fenderwell headers, brand new 2 -1/2 custom exhaust all the way out
back. The engine was rebuilt and has very low run time. Trans is a
Muncie M21 4-speed, Hurst competition plus shifter, blow proof
bellhousing, with a stock 1955 3.23 rear end. Paint job is probably
30 years old or more, so don't expect a show car. Some body work
has been done. Car is pretty solid, looks like it had some floor
repair, not horrible. Very solid frame, trunk. Very cool interior
that is in nice shape. The headliner, seats, carpet are all very
nice. The driver bucket seat is full power . Also take notice of
the cool working Don Garlits Dixco tach. The car was been sitting
for almost 20 years, so we went through it mechanically and put a
new fuel tank in it, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the front
wheel bearings with new modern style tapered bearings, master
cylinder, wheel cylinders, gave it a tune-up, and built a new
custom exhaust system for it. We will help with shipping. I've
described this car the best I can, we strongly suggest that you
come and check it out in person before you buy. This is almost a 65
year old car! Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at
