This 1955 Lancia Aurelia B20S GT is a Series IV, left-hand-drive
model finished in maroon over a Cuoio Chiaro leather interior.
Chassis #1227 is believed to be one of a batch of about 10 Aurelias
produced in late 1955 and shipped to the US to be sold on the West
Coast. It was reportedly displayed at the 1956 Pebble Beach
Concours, and notable previous owners include Bugatti collector
George Sackman, Desmond Bonnington Jr, and longtime Pebble Beach
Concours chairman Jules J. Heumann. Power is from an aluminum
2.5-liter V6 paired with a rear-mounted 4-speed transaxle, and
equipment includes a de Dion rear axle and Nardi floor-shift
conversion. Approximately 2,200 miles have been added by the
current owner since his 2015 acquisition, and Rudi Koniczek
serviced the car in the fall of 2016 in preparation for an 800-mile
rally on Vancouver Island. An inspection, a few minor repairs, and
a compression test were performed in preparation for auction. This
B20S GT is now being offered on dealer consignment with a Nardi
intake kit, records dating back to the 1970s, and a clear British
Columbia registration. This listing is live now, and only for 7
