STK 2618 1965 Ford Mustang
This fully restored 1964-1/2 Mustang coupe is a very nice example
of the mid-60's classic that changed the American automotive
landscape forever. The restoration was completed in 2009 and the
Mustang coupe has been carefully maintained ever since. The owner
has furnished a complete list of mechanical and cosmetic components
that were addressed as part of the restoration project. The
exterior was professionally reshot the original color - a beautiful
Caspian Blue 2-stage finish. Mustang Styled Steel wheels mount
Goodyear Integrity radials. The fully restored 'standard' black
vinyl interior appears totally original. Virtually every interior
component including the beautiful wheel and dash-pad are in
outstanding condition. This is an A/C car, but it is not currently
functional. According to the owner, the engine is believed to be
the original 'D' code 289/4V small block that was totally rebuilt
in 2009. This great running V-8 is coupled to a C-4 3-speed
automatic transmission and factory differential with 3.00:1
gearing. The solid chassis is equipped with power steering, custom
dual exhaust and power 4-wheel drum brakes. The fuel tank is also
new. This is a very carefully restored, very affordable Blue Oval
classic that is fun to drive. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
