1981 marked the end of the 2nd Gen F-Body cars and this Z28 was
built to show off all the options available at the time. This
marked the pinnacle of development for the F-Body platform. The
handling was dialed in, the performance was starting to slide a
little as a result of the EPA, but the over-all car was a total joy
to drive. The Value for dollars spent was very good compared to the
Corvette of the day. And many buyers recognizes this as sales were
fairly strong for the last year. This car has an older repaint that
is in driver condition today. It runs and drives with no obvious
issues. This Camaro is pretty much as we found it and would benefit
from a basic tune-up. An inspection and service of the normal
systems, tires, brakes, cooling, etc would also be a good idea
before any real road time was put on this Camaro. We just have not
had any significant time available to spend on this car. We have
priced it low to allow some room in your budget for these
improvements.
