Camaro hit the streets in 1967, one of the many reasons that its
popularity soared was that it could be ordered as economical
transportation, a comfortable cruiser, or a hairy-chested street
brawler. This beautiful 1999 Z/28 Convertible has generated plenty
of excitement around here because it can perform any of these tasks
with ease. Owned and driven by senior citizens since new, this
pristine Chevy has always been garaged and boasts a mere 30,240
highway miles. This Pewter Metallic gem has been professionally
modified by Motorsport Technologies Inc. and features MTI stage II
heads, 'C1' cam (.566/.566 lift, 222/222 duration, 112 LSA), FLP
long tube headers and 'cats', Z06/LS6 intake manifold, K&N FIPK
CAI, Borla SS after-cat exhaust, a Vigilante 3200 rpm stall torque
converter, transmission oil cooler, and Hotchkis sway bars,
trailing arms, Panhard bar, and strut tower brace. The result of
this carefully engineered package is a whopping 394 rwhp, or
approximately 480 hp at the flywheel. The MTI package and recently
installed stripes are the only modifications to this pampered
Camaro. Factory comfort and convenience items include power
steering, power 4 wheel disc brakes, power windows, power door
locks, power driver's seat, power mirrors, A/C, 4-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive, leather upholstery, and AM/FM stereo
with CD. Again, this sweetheart has been exceptionally well cared
for as evidenced by the excellent paint, interior, convertible top,
