Yup, this is the real deal. A true "Z" code Boss 429 Mustang. The
most desirable, most collectable, Mustang ever built. This Boss has
likely spent the early part of it's life on the drag strip, leaving
it's competitors in it's dust every time. During those years this
'Stang has been upgraded time and time again to keep it performing
at it's best. The 429C.I. V8 has been built and balanced and
includes an Eagle 521 stroker crank (bringing this engine to
521C.I.), Eagle H-beam rods, custom JE pistons with Mahle rings,
COMP Cams 586 lift hydraulic cam and lifters, Blue Thunder
dual-quad aluminum intake, dual Weber 750cfm carburetors, Mallory
distributor with Hi-Fire system, high volume oil pump and water
pump, Northern aluminum crossflow radiator, and March reduction
pulleys. That impressive power-plant is backed by a close ratio
4-speed toploader manual transmission and a 9" 3.91 Traction-Loc
rear end. It also has weld-in subframe connectors, a 4-point roll
bar, and strengthened Panhard bar and Traction Master traction bars
along with other heavy duty suspension parts. It sits on Magnum 500
wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle GT II rubber. The fact that this
Boss 429 has been modified means that it likely has a rich history
of racing back in it's heyday, and will that history will always
have a place in the heart of an enthusiast. It comes with a Deluxe
Marti Report and two shipping invoices. It wears it's correct Royal
Maroon finish and black interior. It's 1 of 857 ever built, and 1
of only 132 with it's options. If having a one-of-a-kind, super
rare Mustang is your dream, now it the time to make it come true
before it's gone! Feel free to visit our 27,000sqft showroom/museum
