Starting with a real clean Southern Satellite, they built this car
as an authentic GTX. It even has date coded 440 motor, heavy duty
Torqueflite trans and a 3.55 posi rear. The only way to tell it
apart is one letter in the VIN number and the price tag is $10,000
less! It's a great driver, it participated in Cruisin the
Coast.
EXTERIOR: It's a sharp looker. Great colors and perfect choice of
tires and wheels. It's an original bright blue car and has a super
clean, straight body. It is from Louisiana. Look down the sides and
across the tops, it is straight. All the body panels are aligned
really well, all the factory seams are clean. Door jambs are real
nice. The finish is super glossy. The clear coat finish is polished
very smooth. It does have a few touch ups but shows beautifully.
Overall the chrome and trim is in really great shape. In back the
GTX tail panel is exceptionally nice, taillights look new, bumper
shines, has correct oval exhaust tips at 45 degree angle. Up front
the grill is good, bumper shines bright. Stainless trim, remote
mirror, door handles all look nice. It does have the GTX scoops on
the hood and remote mirror. Has factory tinted glass, all is real
nice. The Magnum 500 wheels are originals in good shape. Those are
BF Goodrich radial red line tires.
INTERIOR: New pearl white interior, it looks really sharp against
the blue. Has correct embossed upholstery and door panels. Those
are bucket seats with the buddy cushion armrest. The dash area is
very clean and respectable, no cracks or damage. It was a factory
air conditioned car, the controls and vents are still there.
Vintage air can be installed under the hood. The headliners is
excellent. Interior lights work, has seat belts.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The engine bay also has really clean metal.
Clean factory seams, no signs of rust or damage. It is painted to
match the exterior. Original fender tag is still attached.
Everything looks clean and proper. New alternator, motor is painted
real nice. Has the correct dual snorkel air cleaner with the Super
Commando pie tin. It looks like a stock GTX would have looked from
the factory.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Also really impressed with the metal. I lifted
the trunk mat it's all glossy blue on clean, original trunk pan.
Has a spare, the jack is mounted properly. Nice rubber mat and
weatherstrip. The trunk jamb has clean seams and is painted
nice.
UNDERSIDE: Rock solid original metal. All the factory seams are
clean. Even the lower inner 1/4s are clean and have the original
drain plugs. Bottom of motor is clean, it has a casting date of
1967. Starter looks recent. Torqueflite trans looks clean. The rear
end is a 3.55 posi. Has recent dual exhaust. E-brake is hooked up.
Has air shocks in back.
I think this car is clean and honest. It's a sharp looking muscle
car!
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure

a walk around video that explains the car's condition in
detail.
