This 1956 Alfa Romeo 1900C Super Sprint Coupe features aluminum
coachwork from Carrozzeria Touring and is one of 248 examples
produced for the model year. The car was sold new in Italy, where
it remained until being imported into the US in 1978 aboard the
Queen Elizabeth II. Power is provided by a 1.9-liter DOHC
inline-four paired with a floor-shifted five-speed manual
transmission, and the car is finished in red over a two-tone gray
leather and cloth interior. Refurbished in the early 2000s, the car
was purchased by the current owner in 2011 and has since won a
number of concours awards. It also completed the 2012 California
Mille. This 1900 CSS is now offered on dealer consignment with
historical Italian registration documents, factory literature,
recent service records, refurbishment photos, a tool roll, a jack
and spare tire, award ribbons, and a clean California title. This
