Vehicle Description
This 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible is a very clean car that was
restored around 4-5 years ago. It has only beed driven in nice
weather, always stored inside, and still looks excellent!! We were
impressed with how nice this car runs and drives and it looks to be
restored according to how it was sold on the lot (according to the
door tag). The body is in excellent condition and appears to have
most, if not all, of its original metal. The underside is very
solid and the frame rails, floors, torque boxes, and shock mounts
are all in excellent condition as well. This Mustang was repainted
in its original color of Springtime Yellow and it looks great. It
has been driven some over the years so there will be some minor
stone chips, but they are all very small. The top still looks like
new and the car does include a like new Car Cover. The interior is
also in very nice condition. They kept it looking stock and still
has the original radio in the dash. There is an aftermarket radio
installed in the glove box. Seats, Dash, Carpet is all still very
nice from when it was restored.
The engine is the 289 V8 with 2 Barrel Carb. It is believed to be
the original, but we do not have documentation to prove that. It
runs excellent and starts easily. Under the hood is very stock and
the engine is mated to a c4 Automatic Transmission that shifts
wonderful. They did add dual exhaust to this car. Everything was
working when we did our inspection and you will not be disappointed
in this car for a nice summer cruiser or local car show piece. We
hand pick each vehicle, drive it, inspect it, and make sure it is
ready for you to enjoy! We drive what we sell so that we can give
you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and
drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you
see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take
consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true
representation of the vehicle.
