THE STORY BEHIND THIS
1971 CHEVROLET C-10 PICKUP
A month or so ago, we had one of my favorite Resto-Mods listed ... a ... (completely custom) 1938 Chevy Sedan Delivery. Well ... a wonderful retired gentleman contacted me ... and ... stated that he had fallen in love with it. The only problem ... was ... he already owned 5 collector cars and lived in a retirement community here in florida where his garage space was limited ... so ... he could not add another car. I asked about what he might have to trade ... and ... he reluctantly offered me his prized 1971 Step Side C-10 Pick-Up.
You see ... he had purchased it some time ago for his late wife and they had enjoyed using it as a daily driver. However, since he had recently remarried, he felt it was time to make a change. I was very excited since we rarely get a Pick-Up truck of this quality. Well ... we were able to work out the trade and I can now offer you one of the most incredible Resto-Mod Pickup's I have ever owned.
