If you have been looking for a nice GTO, and you're reading this, you have found an nice one!
Frame-off restored about 6 to 7 years ago, this GTO needs nothing, and is ready for Cruise-ins, car shows, long or short road trips...Whatever you like!
Beautiful base/coat, clear/coat, Maroon paint that's a mile deep. Looks like a big piece of candy! All of the chrome and bright work is present and beautiful as well.
The Tri-Power 400 CID engine starts right up hot or cold, fast idles, and kicks down just like it's suppose to. Take a look at the matching red back lit Dakota digital gauge set that's easy to read thanks to the analog look of the era, and you'll see, all vital engine functions are exactly how they should be.
The interior is fresh and clean, and the restored seats are comfortable, and when you shift the console mounted 4 speed into any gear, you will surely have a big smile on you face!
Make no mistake, This is a real GTO, not a clone, tribute, recreation, or any other term you can think of to describe a Lemans or Tempest build...Not that there's anything wrong with that!
GTO's of this vintage are as popular as today as they ever were, and finding the right one, or one that has the integrity it should, such as a clean, frame, floor pans, and rocker moldings with no rust, as well as a GTO that is beautiful cosmetically, and has all of its accessories, and functions in place and working properly, is becoming more, and more difficult.
Additionally, this GTO has some nice documentation, such as it's original owners with it's Protect-O-plate attached, Pontiac Historical Services documents, and receipts for the GTO's restoration.
Suffice it to say...This is YOUR GTO!
