FMC has a rare opportunity to offer one of the worlds most desirable Super Cars. A Ferrari 308GTS QV. This very special 3 owner car was purchased new in 1983 by Mr Michael A. Clemente of Leominster Massachusetts on November 29th 1983. Mr Clemente kept his Ferrari until 2008. Documentation includes a copy of the original Massachusetts Title issued on Jan 1, 1983 to Mr Clemente and service/maintenance records including the belt service from Ferrari of New England. Mileage under the original owner was just over 42000 when sold in 2008. Today, the mileage under the 3rd and current owner is just 52514 showing less than 10,000 miles added over the past 10 years. .... Belt Service was just done in August 2019.
The engine is the original 2927cc or 2.9Litre Fuel Injected 16Valve Dual Over Head Cam V8 with 230hp, It also retains its original 5 speed transmission and rear wheel drive. The engine and drive train runs beautifully with no issues at all.
The body and paint are in showroom condition. The Carfax is clean. The interior is in excellent condition and completely original with everything in working order including the clock. All glass is original. The radio is a Pioneer AM-FM stereo with CD player and remote. The car comes with both tool kits, a car cover and the original Targa top cover. New Continental Sport Plus Radial tires, 225/50 ZR 16s have less than 1000 miles on them. The original Dunlap Spare tire and jack are still in place. It appears as though it has never been taken out.
In 1983, Only 437 308GTS QVs were produced for the US market and just 871 worldwide. A limited few were made in Giallo Modena (Yellow), the rarest of the Ferrari colors with the most common color being Ferrari Red.
Documentation includes a history of ownership, all Ferrari service records including last belt service, manuals, a copy of the original owners original title from the state of Massachusetts.
