Vehicle Description
This 1932 Ford custom roadster was built by Steve's Engines &
Street Rods of New London, NC, between 2014 and 2015 and has only
been driven less than 50 miles since. It is finished in a custom
black with a Hobgood Red leather interior. The vehicle rides on a
Pete & Jake chassis finished in the same black as the body. Power
comes from a clean GM 350ci crate engine wearing ceramic headers
and dual 4-barrel Edelbrock carburetors with a polished aluminum
air cleaner. The engine has been paired with a GM Performance Turbo
350 automatic transmission controlled by a Lokar cable-operated
shift lever. The LED taillights were also manufactured by Lokar and
are controlled by a column-mounted stalk. The electronically
actuated trunk is operated by a switch under the dash. The 9"
Currie rear end has been finished in a polished aluminum housing
and pairs well with the chromed Super Bell solid front axle and
polished Billet Specialties Dagger wheels. The vehicle is offered
with a set of louvered metal side panels finished in matching
black. A collection of build photos is included with the vehicle on
a flash drive. From The Vault Portfolio.
