Car is all original except for carpet and a/c compressor (have original).First year of the V8 engine for Rolls Royce, also the mileage is the correct original mileage!!
This Rolls Royce was built for a Major in the Royal Irish Fussilers, his crest is on the rear doors and on it's completion was shipped to India where the Major was stationed. Attached is it's first registration in London after his death when car was shipped back, registration not required in India. Upon the Majors death the Rolls was shipped back to London where it was stored until his estate was settled. The current owner purchased it in 1984 after it was shipped to the US. The car has had only two registered owners. The last 35 years of it's life has been spent in dry Arizona, thus explaining it's absence of rust. The car has always been under a custom car cover and garaged the entire time and has never seen rain. Original shortwave radio is still in the car. Excellent Driver and everything works as it should!
