1955 MG TF 1500........Beautiful car restored in 2009 and driven less than 1,000 miles since restored. Restoration done by the MG specialists at Safetyfast Restorations in Mansfield, Ohio. Car runs great, and everything works except the clock. Original tool box, with many original tools included. The dashboard of the car still has Road Rally dash plaques from Southern California in 1955 & 1956. The original interior of the car has not been touched and shows the patina of a low mikes 1955 car. Some tears in the leather seats. Original California car with wire wheels. All chrome was redone or replaced at time of restoration. Owners manual and shop manual for the car included. Full canvas top included with side curtains. Original Dunlop spare continues to ride on the back of the car. Priced to sell at $35,000!
It was the end of an era. Sports cars were starting to become more civilized as well as better performing and MG was struggling to keep up.
