Vehicle Description
This 1983 Chrysler LeBaron built as a re-creation of the movie car
from "Planes, Trains and Automobiles," known as the "Grand Detroit
Farm and Country Convertible." This car has been built to pay
tribute to the 1987 Blockbuster comedy starring John Candy as Del
Griffith and Steve Martin as Neil Page. The car was re-created, and
includes some movie items and memorabilia. The car itself is an
82,446-original-mile car that runs and drives well with air
conditioning, power windows, and power steering and brakes. It's
also equipped with the unique Texas Instruments Electronic Voice
Alert where the car will talk to you, responding with 24 messages
about the condition of the car. This LeBaron is powered by a
2.6-liter 4-cylinder engine and an automatic transmission.
