New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1962 Ford
F100 1/2 Ton 2 Door Pick-up with two-tone red and white exterior
paint plus a brown vinyl interior. You'll find a 3.625L
straight-six cylinder engine under the hood with a 3-speed column
shift manual transmission, both of which the current owner believes
to be original to this rare and desirable classic. .
Rare Unibody
The current owner purchased this 1962 Ford F100 1/2 Ton Pick-up
back in 1979 and drove it daily around town for the past 40 years.
He does have receipts on hand plus the original owner's manual to
show that this one has always been cared for properly and kept at
the highest possible levels. As most collectors already know, the
F100 unibody was only produced from 1961-1963.
Additionally, this 1962 Ford F100 1/2 Ton 2 Door Pick-up has above
average levels of wear to the exterior body and paint due to being
a work truck virtually its entire life. You will find several minor
scratches and dings along the rear quarters plus significant
blemishing to the factory bed. The interior and engine compartment
