original miles. This C6 ZR1 is basically just like a new car so it
looks fantastic, runs awesome, everything works, and it is a true
thrill to drive. It is completely stock and original with no
modifications. The car is finished the most striking and attention
grabbing color available of Velocity Yellow over Ebony Leather.
This is the correct and original color combination verified by the
codes on the data sticker pictured in this ad and the original
window sticker, which is included with the sale. This car has never
been raced, tracked, or abused.
I have personally known this car and the pervious owner for many
years. The ZR1 has never been in any type of accident or had any
type of paintwork at all. There is a copy of the AutoCheck report
in this ad. The report shows no accident history and verifies the
very low original mileage. Please peruse all of the photos, video,
option codes, and other information to get a true sense of clean
and spectacular this ZR1 really is.
The ZR1 features a 6.2 Liter LS9 motor with 638 horsepower and a
six-speed manual transmission. This particular ZR1 is absolutely
loaded and features the 3ZR preferred equipment group. The 3ZR
package includes: Bose Premium 7 speaker system, power telescopic
steering wheel, heated power leather sport seats, memory package,
universal home remote, luggage shade and cargo net, Bluetooth for
phone, and navigation.
This Corvette has extremely low miles and is virtually like a new
car. The previous owner was meticulous about his all of this
vehicles and motorcycles, which is evidenced in the cleanliness and
condition of this car. He is also a longtime Corvette enthusiast
who owns multiple classic Corvettes, Ferraris, and other exotics.
The car comes with all the original books, both key fobs, manuals,
CD's, and window sticker. Also included with the car are the
original GM brake rotor protective covers, front license plate
mount still in the bag that has never been on the car, and the rear
luggage shade. This is a great opportunity to own a piece of
American automotive history. In our opinion the C6 ZR1 is the best
value for performance available in the sports car market.
Exterior
The Velocity Yellow exterior is in spectacular condition. As one
can see in the photos, the paint has an excellent gloss, deep
shine, and smooth glass-like finish. This car has never been in any
kind of accident and has never had any type of paint work. We have
seen no paint lines, overspray or other signs of paintwork at all.
The AutoCheck report also shows no accident history, which was
confirmed by the previous owner as well. The original Competition
Gray wheels are in excellent condition with a brilliant finish and
no curb rash. There are no imperfections that have been
intentionally excluded from the photos. There are some extremely
small rock chips that were much too small and too faint to show in
the photos. As one would expect from a vehicle with such low
mileage the underside is also very clean as one can see in the
video.
The car looks just as great in person as it does in the photos.
Interior
The Ebony Leather interior in the ZR1 looks outstanding. The seats
look just as good in person as they do in the photos with no tears,
rips, or excessive wear. The driver's seat is not worn in the
typical spot on the bolster of the driver's seat where the driver
gets in and out. The carpet also looks like new with no stains,
tears, or holes. The gauge faces are crisp and clean and the lenses
are crystal clear. The dash and console are in great shape with no
cracks, fading, or sun damage. The door panels look excellent. This
car has not been smoked in; there are no burn marks and no aroma of
cigarettes what-so-ever. The excellent condition of this all
original interior is a huge testament to the meticulous care and
attention this Corvette has received throughout its life.
The interior looks just as good in person as it does in the
photos.
Mechanical
This Corvette ZR1 is in excellent mechanical condition. It is an
amazing driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds;
it runs and drives just like you would expect from a vehicle with
5,790 miles that is like new. The car starts right away every time
and runs well. In the video in this ad one can observe the car
accelerating on the highway up to about 70mph, shifting through all
the gears, braking to stoplight, and going through some curves.
Please note that there are no strange noises or vibrations and the
Corvette performs quite well overall. There is no smoke when
starting or driving the car. It runs cool and does not overheat.
The shifter is tight, does not pop out of gear, and the clutch
feels great. No modifications have been made or added to this car
and it is just how it left the factory. It has never been tracked
or raced ever. Also, the engine is clean, beautifully detailed,
complete, correct, and original as one can see from the photos.
Everything on this car works properly. The horn works as do the
indicators, exterior lights, interior lights, wipers, and blower
for the heater and a/c on all speeds. The a/c works and blows cold.
All of the gauges work. Please note in the video that all of the
warning lights work properly. They light up when the key is first
turned on and then go off when the engine is started. There are no
"check engine" or other warning lights that stay on. This ZR1 has a
ton of power and handles like it is on rails. Not enough can be
said as to how exciting and pleasurable it is to drive this
Corvette.
This ZR1 runs and drives as well as it looks.
Overall Condition
Overall, this 2011 Corvette ZR1 is nearly perfect, both the
cosmetically and mechanically. History has shown that there will
always be a premium for rare and special Corvettes such as this
ZR1. This is an excellent opportunity to get a nearly brand new car
with a sticker of over $123,000 for a huge discount. They are very
much fun to drive and own. It is part of the American dream to own
a Corvette. This Corvette ZR1 always turns heads and gets a ton of
attention going down the road. Cars like this are the Barrett
Jackson and stars of the future.
