Vehicle Description
This vehilce was acquired by our family in the 1990's from the
second owner. The car had one repaint in the 1980's and generally
required very little to make it a fun, reliable, summer car. There
is not much to go wrong on these cars, very little in the way of
electric options. It has the Chrysler push-button transmission
selector woth automatice transmission. Last year we had the carb.
rebuild and it runs better than ever. Much power with the 360 V8
engine even with only 2BBL feeding it fuel and air! The top is
probably original or quite aged, there are typical fraying along
the edge bead. The interior is like new and presents very well, we
think the carpet is also original yet still in great shape, There
are no vinyl tears or cracks anywhere, the dash pad is perfect and
still soft. Brakes, suspension, regular maintenance items have been
cared for along the way by the previouse two owners and our family.
It needs tires, we've waited thinking we would upgrade both tires
and wheels, not now though. The lower rockers have been repaired,
probably when resprayed in the 1980's. Overall paint finish is
acceptable for an older laquer finish. The undercarriage is very
solid and shows no signs of rust perforation. Stainless is very
good all over in both shine and minimal dents. The chrome is still
good, however the bumperscould use a re-chrome for brightness.
There is no rust on any chrome. Please call us for more
