Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this iconic piece of American
Muscle, this super clean, 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu. The
Chevelle was one of Chevrolets most successful nameplates. It was
developed to compete with the Ford Fairlane. The Chevelle SS
represented Chevrolet's entry into the muscle car battle in 1964
and lasted through 1972. Those eight years are known as the golden
age of horsepower wars where big block motors fueled big demand for
the power thirsty public.
The '66 offered here is powered by a 350 v8 paired with a 350 turbo
automatic transmission. The car came out of Denver, Colorado and
remains very solid. Highlights include headers, Edelbrock carb,
K&N air filter, chrome valve covers, power steering, manual
brakes, 15 inch chrome wheels with Cooper tires, newer upholstery
and interior, B&M floor shift, owner's manual, assembly manual,
wiring diagrams, factory and aftermarket gauges and GT Grant
Steering wheel. The car runs and handles well and remains in
excellent cosmetic condition.
