1970. Current owner purchased a new '64 SS 409 in late '64, only to
be drafted in '65...so despite how much he loved that 409, it was
sold. Fast forward five years to 1970, this veteran is now a young
family man, and his local Chevy dealer just happens to take on
trade this '63 SS 409...and not a bare bones model but one LOADED
with options! Power windows, tilt wheel, rear defrost, power trunk
release, cruise control, factory vinyl top, tinted glass, and the
appearance package. Originally a red car, it was repainted black in
1993, with only 10-12k miles driven since. Original motor and trans
rebuilt at same time, along with fresh carpet, headliner, and dash
pad. Turn key car, needs nothing - recent tune up done so she is
