I purchased this restoration project from my childhood buddy who was a restoration genius. Due to his declining health, he was forced to set this project aside, but he'd had very specific, very high-end plans for this vehicle. He drove a '57 Chevy in high school and was ecstatic about restoring this one. The car has been stored indoors for years throughout it's partial restoration as parts were collected, every nut and bolt meticulously taken off and stored in tiny, carefully marked drawers that tell you where everything goes, and the body underwent a $15K paint job from the area's most renown paint shop. The body is flawless and ready to go, Matrix paint with clear coat. My friend had unlimited resources with which to restore this car and you could be the beneficiary of all his preparation and purchases.
