Vehicle Description
This 1989 Chevrolet 3/4 Ton Suburban is a very clean Arizona and
New Mexico SUV. This Burb went under a full mechanical upgrade.
This is a very nice Square Body Suburban that runs and drives like
a more modern Suburban. This vehicle was professionally built and
is a beast!! The body on this Suburban is in wonderful condition.
It is obvious this was a SW vehicle based on how clean the body is
and how nice the underside is. It was repainted in its original
color of Olympic White and it was done very well. The interior is
very very clean and mostly original. You can tell it was well taken
care of. The dash-pad and headliner are new and the original seats
and carpet are still in great condition. This truck has Power
Windows and locks that are working. All of the interior gauges are
also working along with lights, blinkers, wipers, horn, etc. Heat
works but AC is not blowing cold.
Mechanically this truck is awesome. It recently received a LQ9 6.0L
V8 and a 4l60E Transmission from a 2005 Cadillac Escalade with
around 56,000 miles on it. When they put it in it was pulled apart,
checked over, and resealed. The transmission was totally rebuilt he
used all of the best parts when doing this. We did not receive the
receipts, but the previous owner owned a chain of transmission
shops so the work was done right. Transfer case is the 241C, Rear
Axle is 14 Bolt, and Front Axle is the 10 Bolt HD. They also added
a nice 4 Inch Lift Kit with new Aluminum Rims and new BFG All
Terrain Tires. This Suburban is so much fun to drive and has tons
of power (2x what it had originally). Drives amazing!!!
