We are very pleased to have just consigned this beautiful 1978 Ford
super cab lariat pickup to offer for sale. This truck runs and
drives superbly. The 460 7.5 liter runs out strong and performs
very well. The prior owner had a camper on it and also used it to
pull a 5th wheel trailer. The paint scheme is brown and mocha which
was very popular thirty two years ago. The paint looks like it is
all factory except on the passenger bed side which they had a minor
mishap. The interior looks nearly like new with only minimal wear
showing . As for the overall condition this is a real sleeper that
has been very well kept with years of good maintenance and care.
The little things like the running boards, jack under the hood and
being unmolested are what we love in any classics we offer for
sale. The truck came from the factory with air conditioning and the
pump is still intact and turns but the belt was removed like most
of them are in our area where the need for air conditioning is only
a few moths out of the year. I have searched for rust issues and
have found none (see undercarriage pictures). We at cool classic
