The MG TD series was one of the most popular post war sports cars
and is often credited with creating the now booming sports car
market in the United States. Light weight, simple mechanicals, and
a pure open air driving made these little cars highly desirable.
The TD has appreciated in value tremendously that there are now
quite a few replicas on the market to satisfy the ever growing
demand.
This MGTD replica is produced by Classic Motor Carriages. It is
powered by a Ford 2.3L 4 cylinder paired with an automatic
transmission. The current owner has had it in his possession for
the last 19 years. It originally came from Montana. Highlights
include a Sony Xplod CD player along with a Pyramid amplifier,
Vintage cooler, custom cup holder, wooden steering wheel, spare
tire, clock and train horns. This little car is tons of fun and is
ready for the next owner.
