Vehicle Description
Is it the slick custom paint or the new performance-built V8 that
makes you want this 1972 Chevrolet Nova coupe? We bet it's both of
those features available at such an affordable price that will have
you racing down here to take home this classic.
Yes, the paint is truly as amazing as it looks in the pictures. The
royal blue has a super shiny metallic element that helps it compete
with the luster that comes from the silver. In the sunlight this is
an unbeatable color combo, and that's why even the bumpers are
painted to match. Plus, the way the two-tone separates across the
body, it perfectly highlights the Coke bottle curves of the third
generation Nova. There's even a pinstripe as a dividing line for
those who love the details. There are also plenty of sporty and
aggressive elements on this coupe, including the fiberglass hood,
full-length billet grille, and 17-inch ARE torque thrust style
wheels. But beyond all this custom work are the fundamentals of a
classic with good body panels that line up nicely and doors that
shut with authority.
The interior is a nice and clean reminder that this Nova wants to
get down to business. The blue color is factory-correct, and it
benefits from new carpet, headliner, and comfortable cloth bench
seats. There's plenty of room for family and friends, but this is
obviously a car built for the driver. You can see it instantly with
the Grant sports steering wheel with a large aftermarket tach
mounted on the steering column. To your left are auxiliary gauges,
and to your right is a B&M ratchet shifter. So all of this
tells you there's something special in the engine bay even before
you turn the key and hear the burly exhaust note.
Under the hood is a ZZ4 350 cubic-inch V8 crate motor. It provides
some serious power straight from GM thanks to performance upgrades
such as a forged steel crankshaft, hypereutectic pistons, aluminum
cylinder heads, and hydraulic roller camshaft and lifters. This one
also has also been treated to an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor
and performance intake. The total package delivers the kind of
dominating performance you dream about in a lightweight muscle car
like this Nova. Plus, the long-tube headers and dual exhaust
announce your superiority to the world. This performance package is
backed up by power steering and a stout TH350 three-speed automatic
transmission (so you can even take full advantage of the
aforementioned tach/ratchet shifter combo.) It all sits on BF
Goodrich ZR-rated gForce tires. These give superior grip, and their
staggered size help add to the aggressive appearance.
Beautifully built and insanely fast, this cool Nova gives you the
kind of muscle car presence we all love at an exceptional price. So
we know this one won't be staying with us very long. Call
