Vehicle Description
The Karmann Ghia was first introduced in 1956. This was the Germans
answer to an inexpensive sports car that utilized the VW Beetle
chassis. With the 1600 air-cooled rear mounted engine this was a
good looking car that was very economical to drive and own. Black
smooth vinyl bucket seats and a floor mounted 4 speed manual
transmission gave the other smaller European sports cars a good run
for the money. This car has great history and the current owner is
the 3rd one. Out of the state of Georgia it is rock solid and
appears to never have had a problem with rust as unibody cars can
have. So for sporting around town this little sports car will give
you many good years of service and it is not like there are many
around anymore. We bet you will have the only Ghia in your
neighborhood! *Volkswagen Sports Car *1600 4 Cyl. Air Cooled Engine
