original YZ coded 400 cubic inch Ram Air lll engine. Released for
1970, the second-generation Pontiac Firebird set the stage for what
became a legendary automobile during the coming decade. 12 Bolt
rear end, Factory Eaton Posi with 3.31 Gears. This inaugural-year
release found a mere 1,339 Ram Air III automatic Trans Am versions
produced with only 578 Lucerne Blue Trans Ams coming out of Norwood
Ohio with air conditioning. This car has been treated to a body on
restoration including a professional repaint in the original
Lucerne blue along with a complete engine and transmission rebuild
12 years ago. Highly optioned with power steering, power front disc
brakes, factory air conditioning, tilt wheel, shoulder strap seat
belts, bucket seats with center console, 8 track player, factory
power windows and factory cruise control. Delivered brand new to
Tropical Pontiac Inc. in Gainesville, Florida. Brand new 15''
Goodyear Polyglas F-60 15 tires and includes Pontiac window sticker
