We are pleased to present this 1974 Triumph TR6 with overdrive. The
correct Carmine Red paint and Chestnut interior is in great
condition as the vehicle has been garage kept and only driven about
2,000 miles since the restoration was completed in 2007. The
original I6 engine was rebuilt at the time and was recently
upgraded a few months ago with brand new triple Weber Carburetors.
Receipts from the rebuild are included. It looks stunning with the
15 inch Minilite styled wheels and it sounds so good with the dual
exhaust that you will not miss the non-functioning radio. The 4
speed transmission with electric overdrive was also rebuilt at the
same time. The combination gives plenty of power and the front
disc/ rear drum brakes have the stopping power to harness it
safely. The convertible top is in great condition as is the tonneau
cover along with a spare tire in the trunk. All the gauges function
properly. The door panels and seats are in great shape as well.
Cruising to the beach, to the car show or anywhere? This car will
take you there with a smile on your face! We can arrange shipping
to your location. If you have any questions, please call or text

A vintage British roadster can be an expensive proposition both to buy and to service, especially if it has a six-cylinder engine.
I’ve had this car a few years. Like a lot of custom builders, your own car project seems to hit the back burner.
The great Triumph TR6. The TR6 was the last of the old British roadsters and is one of the easiest to live with as well. The Pick of the Day is a 1970 Triumph TR6 located in San Antonio.
The 1969 through 1976 Triumph TR6 was known as the quick, nimble, what-a-blast-to-drive and totally British sports cars of the day.
