Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this amazing survivor 2003 Mazda Miata MX-5 which is 1 of 1,549 2003 Special Edition models, and remained with its original owner in Florida until 1/2019. The 2003 Special Edition featured Strato Blue Mica paint with a grey top over grey leather upholstery, along with bespoke 16″ alloy wheels, a two-tone shift knob, white gauge faces, a 6-disc CD changer, and special badging. Power comes from a 1.8L inline-four paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. Now showing 28k miles, this NB Miata is offered with its window sticker, factory books, two keys/fobs, and a clear Carfax report. This Miata is Un-Restored and in very nice overall condition. This Miata features excellent original paint, a stunningly beautiful original interior, several dealer books and manuals, and the original numbers matching complete drive line. This Miata is absolutely solid and has no visible rust anywhere around the car or under the car, and is very solid with great lines and gaps. Its believed that this Miata has never had any body work or paint work done and is all original. The low mileage is not only validated by the amazing original condition of this Miata but also by the Ohio title pictured above stating the mileage as "Actual." Also an included carfax stating the mileage as actual.
Exterior
The Blue exterior is in very nice original condition. This Miata has never had any paintwork done and still hosts its original factory emblems, trim, and moldings. The paint is in great overall condition for its age and for being original and there are no signs of visible rust anywhere around the car or under the car. Both bumpers are in great shape with no flaking or faded paint. This Miata is extremely strait with great gaps and lines and shows no signs of touch ups. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. A set of 205/45 Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires are currently mounted and the OEM wheels are in great condition. All weather stripping and window sweeps are original and in excellent condition. The trunk works as it should and the spare tire has never been removed and the jack and tools are in the factory placement. The trunk release button works as it should. The underside of this Miata is very honest and extremely solid and rust free, and has not had any touch ups. There are several tags, markings, and factory marks and stamps noticeable. All glass is factory original, and in excellent shape.
Interior
The Grey Leather interior of this Miata is original and in superb condition. There have been no modifications with this Miata and it remains in stock condition. The leather seat covers are factory originals and they are in good condition for their age and being Leather. The carpet is original and looks nearly perfect with no stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in excellent condition with no fading and the gauges are crisp and clear. The factory stereo works as it should and sounds great in the car. The original door panels are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, stereo, wipers, Power windows, power door locks, and blower motor on all speeds, all work. Currently the electric mirrors switch is not working. This Miata has never been smoked in and there is no cigarette aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Miata is in excellent mechanical condition with only 28,170 actual miles on the original drive line and drives like new. This Miata is mechanically original and not restored or upgraded or modified. This Miata drives like new and has plenty of factory stock power. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. The engine is clean and 100% stock unrestored outside of normal maintenance. The engine bay is very unmolested and is very factory correct and all of the lines, hoses, clamps, and wires, etc. are factory original. This is a factory AC car and all AC components are still on the car and unmolested. The exhaust is factory correct and has been untouched as has the rest of the underside on this amazing Miata. Nothing has been painted or touched up anywhere on the underside. It is 100% factory original and honest. Many surfaces from the factory were not painted which surface corrosion over the years in inevitable. There are factory markings, tags, paint dobs in many factory places on the car and noted in the photos. This Miata has been loved and meticulously cared for by its previous owners and the overall condition of this car and the way it runs and drives validates that. It has always been in Flordia until recently and was owner by only the original owner from new until being sold recently in 2019. The outstanding originality of this Miata and the way it drives is a true testament to prior owners care and love for this special Miata. The factory security system works as intended and has not been tampered with.
