This very nice Corvair sedan has many "modern" amenities to make it truly a joy to drive, including: air conditioning, Autometer GPS speedometer, tach, modern DIN radio and custom speakers in the rear window cargo area and power glide automatic transmission. The car was stripped down to bare metal in 2005 and painted. The floorpans were replaced at this time as well and POR-15 inside and out. Other upgrades also include: 95hp engine rebuild in 2017 with full-finned cylinders, LeVeque performance heads, 12 plate oil cooler and Clark's aluminum oil pan. The alternator is upgraded to a more modern, internally related "10 SI" 63 amp alternator. The carbs were rebuilt by Steve Goodman in 2017 as well. The windows have been tinted to 35% and the car also has full gauges such as oil pressure, oil temperature, and voltmeter.
