Vehicle Description
Buick's heritage is among the most storied in the industry. Names
like Roadmaster, Skylark, Century, and Wildcat command respect. And
Buick engines earned a reputation for power with gobs of bottom end
torque. So during the muscle car era , the 1971 GS was at the
forefront. It had all the ingredients to make it a highly respected
and sought-after entry into the performance car fray. This GS has
the big 455 engine with 450 lb/ft of torque. The car also features
the functional ram-air scoops and all the correct hardware
underneath. You'll enjoy displaying the engine too, as it presents
extremely well. In true Buick tradition, the car is well-equipped
with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, power
convertible top, and power windows -- an extra- convenient feature
on a convertible. The interior, with its white upholstery and
correct steering wheel and appointments, is clean and elegant. The
paint is a beautiful deep metallic orange, and the exclusive Buick
Rallye wheels and chrome exhaust tips complete the look.
