For Sale: 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1. Real "05" code Mach 1 body,
with real "H" code 351c. It is a 1973, but has a 1972 grill and
1972 stripes. The 351 Cleveland engine was rebuilt at Carolina
Machine Engines and is new from the Carb to the oil pan and runs
great. The FMX transmission has been flushed with new lines, and
filters. It has a 9" rear end with 3:25 gears. New sheet metal
includes new decklid, hood, quarters, doors, fenders, trunk pan,
inner and outer wheel wells, and rear frame rails. No rust on the
car at all with great floor pans, rockers, etc... The floor, trunk
and roof have been covered with Dynamat. New Magnum 500 wheels
(15x7 front with 215/65/15 BFG Radial TAs) (15x8 rear with
235/60/15 BFG Radial TAs). Tires and wheels have about 400 miles on
them. New brakes, including lines and rear drums and hardware and
front calipers, rotors, and pads. New gas tank with gas lines. New
suspension, front and rear. New steering gearbox. Exhaust headers
are used, but in great shape with new paint. The exhaust system is
custom stainless with new 50 series flowmaster mufflers. New
aluminum 3 core radiator. All glass is very good with no cracks or
blemishes. The interior panels have been repainted and new carpet
installed. The seats have been recovered, including new foam, with
comfort weave (deluxe interior). The deluxe door panels are new
with new hardware for the windows and door handles. New headliner
installed and is tight. The heater box is the original with a new
heater core and seals. Both front and rear spoilers are included
and on the car. The wood steering wheel is new. The whole car has
been rewired with American Autowire wiring and everything is
connected and works great A period-correct radio is in the dash,
but not currently hooked-up. The car now also has a period correct
Ford blue air cleaner with ram air induction. The car does not have
air conditioning, but it is wired for air conditioning. The heater
vents under the dash and the heater controls are not installed, as
I have been attempting to find new ones. Please contact us for
