Vehicle Description
This 1975 Jeep CJ-6 is a rare find. You just don't see too many of
these for sale and this one is extremely nice. This is very similar
to a CJ-8 or Scrambler. This jeep came out of North Carolina and it
was frame-off restored approximately 9,000 miles ago. The last
owner claims to have spent over $30,000 on the restoration and we
have a binder full of receipts that will come with the vehicle.
The body on this CJ is really nice and it is all metal. he painted
it in the new Camaro Synergy Green and when he had the body off he
line-xed the tub inside and out. He powder-coated the frame and
added new bushings everywhere. He also purchased a new Best-Top
Soft Top and it is easy to see that this was a full restoration.
Some other nice additions are the step bars, aftermarket front and
rear bumpers, and Corbeau Seats. Interior is simple and clean with
no carpet and roll bar. All gauges, lights, blinkers work. Heat
works. Only thing we found not working was the horn.
The engine is a rebuilt 258 I6 that runs fantastic. They added a
Weber carb, new radiator, and exhaust. It is a 3 Speed manual with
Power Steering ad it has the Dana 300 Transfer Case. Rear Axles is
a Dana 44 and Front Axle is a Dana 30. 4.10 Gears. This Jeep has a
2 1/2 Inch Suspension Lift with Rough Country Shocks. Dune Grappler
Tires that are 31 X 10.5 X 15.
This Jeep was a labor of love for the previous owner and it shows.
He spent a lot of time and money doing it right and drove it often
on nice days. This Jeep drives wonderful and is ready for a new
owner. We hand pick each vehicle, drive it, inspect it, and make
sure it is ready for you to enjoy! We drive what we sell so that we
can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle
runs and drives.
