This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is a Southern California Car that was
frame off restored. The son of the original owner had the
restoration work done and it was completed in 2003. During the
restoration the car received some upgrades. The electrical system
was converted to a 12 volt system with an alternator. A Mallory
Ignition system and a Holley Carb, with electric choke, help the
292 start easily and run great.The front brakes were converted to
disc brakes and a modern master cylinder was installed. A front
sway bar was added and gas shock absorbers make this T Bird handle
quite well. A sound system with a CD stacker was also installed.
The car starts right up and drives great. Everything such as
lights, wipers, power antenna, power windows and 4 way power seat
operate as they should. This a soft top only car with a black soft
top.. This is a very driveable classic car with an automatic
transmission, power steering, radial wide whitewall tires, power
