solid driver 1968 Corvette is in good condition and is a prime
candidate for restoration. An original Lemans Blue Stingray the
coupe is equipped with its numbers-matching 427 cubic-inch big
block V8 that produces 390 horsepower. Power is put to the pavement
via the numbers-matching four-speed manual transmission that shifts
great. Our Hendrick Performance technicians have done a modest
tune, bled the braking system and installed a new battery. The
Stingray runs and drives nicely but would need a comprehensive
mechanical service to ensure reliability. The hideaway headlights
and concealed windshield wiper system operate as designed. The
wheels feature the optional Bright Metal Wheel Covers and are
wrapped in Goodyear Integrity radial tires. Inside the cabin is a
blue vinyl interior with bucket seats and a center console. The
interior door panels and seat upholstery look great as well as the
dash board. All the components under the hood look factory original
and are accented by the chrome valve covers and air cleaner as well
as the chrome ignition wire cover. Being sold as-is, this Corvette
Stingray coupe seems to have all the original parts in place and
