1996 Chevrolet Corvette Collector Edition
The 1996 Corvette was the final year of the C4 edition of America’s sports car and was available in a Collector Edition. Sebring Silver, to a Corvette aficionado, is a color that will be forever linked with such classics as the first Sting Ray racer of 1959 and the legendary 1963 split-window coupe. Sebring Silver added a special brilliance to the 1996 Corvette Collector Edition. Details include distinctive chrome emblems outside, and perforated sport seats with “Collector Edition” embroidery inside. These leather seating surfaces also present themselves well in Sebring Silver. The coupe has the removable top for summer driving pleasure. The car sits on chrome rims and good tires with the rims original to the car included with the sale.
The LT1 engine is mated to a 4sp automatic transmission w/ overdrive. The odometer shows approx. 90K miles and the car runs and shows exceptionally well. Standard performance features include four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, Acceleration Slip Regulation (traction control) and a unique-to-Corvette 5-link independent rear suspension.
