The truck was originally blue, and has been painted and someone tried to upgrade the interior. It is not a perfect truck cosmetically, but does run very well and drives nicely.
You will see in the video, the truck runs and sounds good and blows no smoke.
The new carpet is actually black, but shows more blue in the photo.
The current odometer reading is 37053. The Auto Check report has only 3 mileages recorded and none of them appear to be correct. The truck has had only 4 owners and 3 of them were here in the Dallas area. The previous owner claims he was told the mileage is actual, but we aren't sure about that.
We do have the Sony radio that came with the truck, bit it was not wired in so we don't know if it's working.
The seat appears to be the original. Since the truck was blue the seat is as well. Someone had sprayed an adhesive on it to hold an orange seat cover, so we couldn't get it clean. This is just a mesh seat cover. The seat is in good condition and can be easily reupholstered.
The wing windows have been sealed shut by a previous owner.
The engine compartment is clean. We found a great deal of unnecessary wiring, so we cleaned it up a great deal and got the most important things working well. The horn, lights, directionals, tank switch, windows and door locks all work now.
The previous owner was told the engine was original, but we did not verify that.
The factory a/c is missing the compressor, but otherwise appears to be all there.
The undercarriage is in very nice condition. We did find some rust on the drivers floor pan, and the passenger side was beginning to show some a bit, so we pulled the carpet and repaired all rust and installed a new floor pan on the drivers side. We then installed new carpeting.
There is a crack on the driver's door along the body line.
The dash has been covered with a vinyl cover and they didn't do a very good job over the vin plate.
The front tires are Grand Prix Performance GTs. The rear tires are a bit older and are BF Goodrich Radial T/As.
