This 1966 Chevrolet Chevy II Novais a deceptive car. It's certainly
not subtle, but it's also the kind of car where the more you look,
the more there is to see. It's quite nicely built inside and out
with quality that is tangible in every single component on the car,
and with a stout 400 small block Chevymotor under the hood, it's
also seriously fun on the street.
This Nova is sporting a very pretty,unique paint most would
describe as a blue/turquoise mix. Overall the paint quality is very
good, the body is razor straight and has a great shine. Paired with
15in chrome wheels, new tires and smoked windows this is one cool
coupe with a great stance and look.
Under the hood is a very clean engine bay holding a 400 cubic inch
V8 equipped with headers, Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor and
analuminum intake to top it off. The 400 runs great and is believed
to be very low miles since the total rebuild. Paired to a
Powerglide automatic transmission with a ratchet shifter this car
will spin the tires through the Positraction rear end and launch
down the road no problem. This is a very solid street car and will
cruise 65mph at 2500RPM.
The newly upholstered interior is very comfortable, easy to get in
and out of and the smoked windows make the interior very
comfortable to sit in on a sunny day. Overall this Chevy II Nova is
a high quality build with a great fit and finish that is ready to
drive anywhere!
