Rebuilt 400ci V8, TH400 automatic, factory air conditioning, power
steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, awesome 17 aluminum Rally II
wheels with radial redline tires, and more! Super solid, rust free
southern car with exceptional good looks! Marking the end of the
original generation of GTO came about in 1967, with only a few
styling changes to enhance the exterior further. They included a
wire mesh front grill, wider rocker sill moldings with GTO emblem
moved from the fender to the forward portion, and redesigned rear
tail lamps. This final year Goat also features a slightly longer
body and wider wheel track for added stability, along with extra
Federally mandated safety features like padded dash, new dash
knobs, and energy-absorbing steering wheel & column. The engine
size grew for the first time to an even 400ci, and came available
in three horsepower packages. We are pleased to offer this gorgeous
1967 Pontiac GTO Hardtop finished in code AA- Starlight Black over
Black bucket seat vinyl interior. Options include 400ci V8 engine,
console shifted Hurst his/hers automatic transmission, power
brakes, factory air conditioning, factory 2.93 highway gear ratio,
power steering, all Soft Ray glass, Rally II wheels, Rally
instrumentation with in-dash tachometer, pushbutton AM radio with
rear seat speaker, under hood lamp, trunk lamp, rare interior roof
rail reading lamps, dual outside mirrors, and carpeted floor mats!
Further enhancements to this example include a complete 4-wheel
disc brake conversion an addition to YearOne cast aluminum 17 Rally
II wheels measuring 17x8 up front and 17x9 at the rear with radial
red stripe tires! This completely rust free Pontiac sold new from
Charlie Cox Oldsmobile-Pontiac Co in Albertville, Alabama and
stayed in the southeast area before being treated to an outstanding
restoration in approximately 2013 that included a professional
repaint to the exterior in base coat/clear coat fashion with
mirror-like results! The interior was also completely renewed for
new, along with all new brake lines and upgraded disc brake
conversion, all new exhaust with chrome tips, fully rebuilt
suspension with new ball joints, tie rods, end links, sway bar
bushings, rubber body mounts, engine and transmission mounts, new
shocks, etc. It would make its way to Texas in 2014 and enjoyed for
many years before this engine was completely rebuilt by its new
owner in January 2019 by Gary Ds Automotive in Arlington, TX, and
used only sparingly since completion having approximately 100 miles
since final tuning! We feel confident is should provide many more
years of enjoyment to the next, lucky owner! It will come with all
PHS documentation, rear trunk mat, spare tire & cover, jack, and
