Vehicle Description
Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 20th year in the
classic and muscle car business. Chevrolet's Chevelle was an
immediate success from the moment it was introduced in August of
1963. Chevy produced so many different body styles and drivetrain
combinations over its three generations that the Chevelle has
become embedded in American car culture. And while many Chevelle
fans have their favorite style and year, there is but one that
stands above all others; the ferocious 1970 LS6. This 454 cubic
inch monster sported big valve square port heads, a solid lifter
cam, and a huge Holley carburetor in order to produce 450 hp, the
highest power figure for a regular production engine during the
era. This beautiful Cortez Silver 1970 Chevelle SS 454 is powered
by that same legendary engine (BCN 3963512, heads 3964291) that
gave the Hemi boys nightmares. Additional goodies include power
steering, power front disc brakes, a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission, 12 bolt rear end with Positraction, Instrument
Package, and a stunning red interior. It cannot be overstated how
good this car looks with the Cortez Silver exterior, black SS
stripes, and red interior. What a magnificent combination! This
beauty is clean front to back, top to bottom, and is ready for your
next car show, but the real thrill of this car comes from driving
it. Nothing really sounds or feels like it, and the temptation to
convert the Polyglas G70-14 tires into smoke is nearly
overwhelming! Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service
dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and
financing options.
