have been the company's perennial favorites. From the spectacular
300SL roadsters of the mid-1950s to this 1983 Mercedes-Benz 380SL,
these wonderful 2-seaters are the perfect blend of luxury, style,
performance, and are a timeless design with many still seen on the
road!
This particular 380SL comes from a good home and was extremely well
cared for. It is sporting its factory original red paint in
excellent condition. The body on this car is razor straight and has
a great shine. Complete with factory chrome wheels, OE glass, trim
and a removable hardtop, there is no classier way to get
around!
Under the hood is the factory original 3.8L V8 running smooth as
can be. You could hop into and drive this anywhere without any
problems. Equipped with a smooth shifting automatic transmission
and power steering this car represents the era when cars started to
become easier and more comfortable to drive.
Opening the door exposes the original 1983 leather seats in
excellent condition and still have that Mercedes-Benz fresh smell.
The interior is in extremely good condition; almost hard to believe
it is 36 years old! The dash and gauges are a timeless design with
a very stylish flair even with today's standards. This is by far
one of the classiest cars to get around in, and this is an
excellent like new example!
