Vehicle Description
Picture your ideal classic Jeep CJ7. It's been expertly and fully
restored to have a terrific lifted 4x4 stance, a slick appearance,
full hardtop, great accessories (like A/C) and there's fresh
fuel-injected V8 power under the hood. And this one offers all that
(and more) for quite a nice price.
The metallic blue on this CJ knows how to radiate the sunlight -
and that's exactly what you want on an outdoor-friendly machine
like a Jeep. This was applied during a full frame-off restoration,
so they took the time to get it right. Plus, rivaling the paint for
shine are all the tough-minded brightwork elements, like the
tubular push front bumper, strong tubular rear bumper, upgraded
hinges, side mirrors, taillight guards, side steps, and 15-inch
wheels w/beadlock-style pattern. But as bright as this one is, it
also has a well-coordinated dark side. The fender flares and big BF
Goodrich Mud Terrain tires go nicely with the black hardtop when
it's in place. Plus, the Warn HS9500i winch up front and trailer
hitch in the rear remind you that no matter how nice a Jeep looks,
it's always ready to do its duty.
Inside are a ton of great investments. It starts with the tan
interior that looks terrific against the exterior blue. Not only do
you get this color on the seats, dash, and roll bar, but also on
cool additions, like the cup holder/speaker combo in the rear. The
full floor has been sprayed with liner paint that matches the
exterior for a nice rugged and coordinated look. And while this is
a durable machine, you'll be far from roughing it with features
like an AM/FM/CD stereo w/Bluetooth and cold-blowing air
conditioning. And as you look at all the crisp gauges, and the
large Sunpro Super Tach on the steering column, you know there's
something special under the hood.
Just like the exterior, the engine bay looks fantastic with the
metallic blue and plenty of investments in polished components.
Underneath all that shine is an AMC crate 360 V8 with only about
3,000 miles on it. This is a terrific powerhouse with a mild cam
and an Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel injection system (with included
tuner.) It also has all the right supporting components like fresh
wiring, steel-braided hoses, Optima red top battery, Mallory
electronic ignition, and an aluminum radiator w/electric fan. So
you know this one was built to stay strong on the street or trail.
And speaking of off-roading, you have a Dana 300 two-speed transfer
case feeding two beefy axles. And as you look at the undercarriage
photos, you can see a freshness that tells you they invested in
keeping this Jeep ready for the wilderness. But even when you're
enjoying this one around town, it has driving features you're going
to love. A four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive, power
steering, and four-wheel disc brakes make this a fine anytime
machine.
