If you're in the market for a clean and honest 1966 Caprice for a
cruiser, your search is over! Though this car is not 100% original,
it is what it looks like and is the ideal candidate for an
unmodified weekend vehicle.
The 1966 Caprice is a beautiful car by design, and this example
gets prettier and prettier the longer you look at it! This car is a
nice, honest car that is sure to fit all of your cruising needs.
The bronze paint is flattering on the body, and eye-catching while
not being flashy. The car was repainted long ago, somewhere in the
20-30 year range. When it was repainted, a new vinyl top was
installed to match the fresh look of the new paint. The paint looks
great for its age! The vinyl top Is also in excellent condition.
The car is currently owned by the original owner, though it was
sold amongst family members a time or two before it returned to
him. The car has been garaged since new except for a one-year
hiatus.
Perhaps the most amazing part of this Caprice is the interior.
Everything is in excellent shape, showing little to no wear. The
headliner is immaculate! The best part is, the interior is all
original and has not been restored at all. A discerning buyer could
not ask for a nicer, original interior. It really proves the care
this car has received. This is a factory A/C car, and the
compressor will hold a charge from spring to summer to give you
plenty of cooled down cruising! Additionally, the owner has had the
trunk repainted and a new trunk mat is in place.
Under the hood is just as clean as the rest of the car! The engine
and engine bay have been painted and detailed. The engine bay is
clean and complete, and looks just the way it should for a car in
this condition. The 327 V8 engine runs great, and this is simply a
smooth driving car. Though the engine is smooth and quiet, the
exhaust sounds great (but not too loud!).
This is a wonderful Caprice! Inside and out, it is the cruiser
you've been searching for. This is a really nice example showing
the result of years of love and care! It is a comfortable classic
that is missing nothing-truly a gorgeous car. Included with the
sale are the original 14 inch wheels and wire wheel covers, which
the owner changed out for 15 inch rally wheels to have more tire
options. Additionally, a set of NOS tail lights is included as
bonus spare parts! If a '66 Caprice is what you're after, you've

commercial carriers. Most of which can deliver the vehicle to your
driveway. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays
incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody.

affiliates, it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the
