Vehicle Description
This is a very affordable classic 34 coupe hot rod. Built to drive
and enjoy. Reliable crate motor, great chassis components, air
conditioning and more.
EXTERIOR: The body is a Street Beast 3 window coupe with suicide
doors and chopped roof line. Street Beast were known for their very
strong one piece body design. To demonstrate they would stand on
the fenders and jump up and down. This one here has a smooth
polished butternut yellow finish. There are some touch ups that you
would have to look for. I like the classic look with full size
headlights, bumpers and door handles. I prefer handles over remote
poppers. The running boards are covered so you can actually put
your foot on them. Vintage hot rod Cragar wheels 15 inch in back,
14s in front. Has staggered size Goodyear tires.
INTERIOR: Very comfortable. I'm six foot tall and fit no problem.
The adjustable seats are comfy. There's a vintage style cushion
grip steering wheel on a chrome tilt column. The dash has the shape
of an original and features some classic looking electric gauges.
Has custom made center console with a Lokar floor shifter, a
Pioneer stereo and a push button starter. It uses Vintage Air and
Heat controls.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has an Edelbrock crate 350 motor producing
320 hp and is dressed up with chrome. The Edelbrock brochure with
specs is included. Added performance comes from the aluminum intake
with a polished Holley carb, MSD ignition system and headers. It
runs cool with a custom aluminum radiator and shroud with electric
fan. The air conditioner, brake booster and master, 1 wire
alternator are chrome. The heat and air system are Vintage Air.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Upholstered in black vinyl and holds the fuel
cell. Classic V8 is embossed in the rear panel.
UNDERSIDE: It has Street Beast square tube frame. Upfront it has
Fatman Mustang ll independent suspension with chrome tubular
control arms, adjustable coil over gas shocks, rack & pinion
steering. In back it has tubular 4 link suspension with adjustable
coil over gas shocks. The bottom of the motor is still clean. The
oil pan, fuel pump, starter, motor mounts still look new. The trans
is a Heavier duty TCI Turbo 400 that has tested on their dynometer.
Dressed up with chrome pan and flywheel cover. There is a safety
loop around the driveshaft. A very unique feature is the Winters
quick change rear end. Not only does it look cool but it allows you
to change gears easily. It now has 3.73s, 4.11s are also included.
It has power disc brakes at all 4 wheels. E-brake system is
complete. New brake lines, has stainless hoses in front. Very
neatly installed Flowmaster exhaust system. Every single part on
the bottom of the car looks virtually new. The bottom of the body
is all fiberglass, no rust obviously. The frame is gloss black.
$100,000 show cars are nice but if you want to enjoy driving a hot
rod, this is the car. Yes, it looks great but you won't have to
spend 2 days detailing it after an afternoon of driving it. It is
full fendered, has covered running boards, covered engine, a color
that hides touch ups and dirt. It's built reliably, it's
comfortable. I would take it on a long trip any time!
Honestly I priced this car before I knew all about it, I should
have priced it higher!
